The health and condition of these horses was corroborated through a licensed veterinarian medicine service provider. These horses were seized and placed in the care of a Georgia Equine Rescue Organization that is part of the GDA for these horses to receive proper medical care and nourishment during this investigation. Through the course of the investigation our investigators identified and obtained arrest warrants for the alleged offender related to the animal cruelty case.
